A pilot wanted a few drinking glasses with a CL-415 fire-fighting aircraft engraved on them. Starting with an image in Photoshop (shown below), a black and white illustration is created, stencils are made using UV film then applied to the glass. They are then sand-blasted. The detail is surprisingly good using this process.
